Application for PRCA Affiliated (Class B) Membership

Preamble: This application is for the proposed member to associate in accordance with the Constitution of the Pine Rivers Catchment Association Inc.. The member will receive written confirmation of the application approval or rejection within 20 working days upon payment of the fees and Management Committee decision. Please note memberships renewal occurs in July. Our members receive a quarterly newsletter issued at the e-mail address indicated on this form together with a range of other benefits.
